Taggable Co-Founder and CEO Trevor Heffernan began his journey in the tours and attractions industry over nine years ago when he founded Chicago Helicopter Experience (CHE) — Chicago’s first helicopter tour company. What started with just a few passengers a week grew into a 40+ employee operation running four aircraft, seven days a week, and flying tens of thousands of guests annually over the Chicago skyline.
From the very beginning, photography was part of the experience. Guests were photographed before their flight, the image printed while they were in the air, and offered for purchase at the end of the tour — a process that worked, but revealed clear limitations and opportunities for improvement.
If memories aren’t available right away, they lose their impact — and their value.
